Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! All our online payments on this site are processed by WorldPay.

We don't compromise our customer's credit/debit card information. We never see your card details as it is all handled by www.worldpay.com so you can rest assured that your details are safe and secure!

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit/debit card to buy products from our site. However, if you wish you may also pay by other methods such as postal order or cheque.

However, please note: All cheques must be in British Pound Sterling. We do not cash USD cheques.

If you prefer to order by telephone, please call 01484 861522 with your card details.

Also, personal cheques will delay your order, as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any products. To order by cheque please choose this option during the checkout stage or read our 'mail order' info below.

As you can see we like to make it clear just what you will pay for each product. We have no hidden charges and all prices on this site include either First Class UK postage or Airmail postage anywhere in the world.

Although items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing, large order's, orders at busy times of the year and orders from remote parts of the World can take a little longer to arrive both with us and then with you.

Therefore: PLEASE ALLOW A MAXIMUM 28 DAYS FOR DELIVERY

Should you prefer the more traditional, but slightly slower method of ordering, please feel free to write to us at the address below. Be sure to include:

1.  Your name, postal address for delivery & email contact details.

2.  A description of exactly which products you require including details of any special offers you are taking advantage of.

3.  Payment by cheque, postal orders or cash (by registered post).

4.  Where you saw our advertisement.

ALL CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDERS OR CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN UK STERLING (GBP) AND MUST BE DRAWABLE ON A BRITISH BANK ACCOUNT & BE PAYABLE TO "PROSPECT HOUSE PUBLISHING" UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT.

You will then need to leave the following details:

1.  Names of the items you are ordering and your total order value.

2.  Your full name as it appears on the Credit or Debit Card you are using.

3.  The Type of Credit or Debit Card you are making payment with.

4.  The postal address to which the card is registered.

5.  The telephone number of this same postal address at which the card is registered.

6.  The address to which you want items delivered if different from above.

7. The Start date of your card and also the expiry date.

8. Your Card Number in full.

9.  The Cards Security Code Number

10.  A contact telephone number and email address which we can contact you on in case of their being any problems with your payment.
