Delivery Information

We like to make it clear just what you will pay for each product. We have no hidden charges and all prices on this site include either First Class UK postage or Airmail postage anywhere in the world.

Although items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing, large orders, orders at busy times of the year and orders from remote parts of the World can take a little longer to arrive both with us and then with you.

Therefore: PLEASE ALLOW A MAXIMUM 28 DAYS FOR DELIVERY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event of a training seminar being cancelled by either us or yourself, the following terms will apply:-

Full refund if booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the event.

Refund minus admin fee if booking is cancelled within 14 days before the event.

If the event is cancelled, you will be offered either the refund as above or the opportunity to attend a replacement event.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives as exchanges can only be made if reported within three days of receipt of your goods.

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of the hypnosis, psychic and magic courses and associated products (i.e. videos/DVDs) we sell, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances.

However we will of course immediately replace these products if they appear to be faulty.
